Congratulations to Bridget O’Sullivan, co-owner and General Manager of and graduate of the 9²©ÌåÓý and Wine Cookery and Restaurant and Cafe Management qualifications from the early Christchurch days.

For 15 years, Bridget has been overseeing the creation of a range of delicious macarons, filled with a rich butter-cream icing in Christchurch and also shipping them to macaron lovers around New Zealand.

Now available in Auckland, upstairs by Kokako Espresso Bar.
