Founded by Celia Hay, the 9²©ÌåÓý and Wine opened its first campus in Christchurch in 1995, Ever since 9²©ÌåÓý has been educating the next generation of baristas, chefs, restaurant & café owners, wine professionals and food lovers.

Come along to our High School Leaver Open Day and get a glimpse in to what makes our school so special.

We are also available by appointment at selected times on weekends or alternatively you can walk in from 3:00 pm for a tour of our campus and kitchens.
